Website & Listing Terms.

Summary version, plain English. The controlling terms are the written mandate or engagement letter signed between you and Bridge Power Partners FZCO.

1. Who we are

bridgepowerpartners.com is operated by Bridge Power Partners FZCO, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to that company.

2. Nature of the service

We are a commission-only introducer and broker of used, surplus, new-unused and serviceable industrial gas turbines, steam turbines, combined-cycle blocks and compressor sets. We do not take title to equipment, hold escrow, or route purchase-price funds. We do not warrant equipment condition — that is the role of independent inspection.

3. Catalogue listings

Every catalogue entry is prepared from information supplied by the seller and any technical documentation available to us. We take reasonable steps to verify what we publish, but we do not represent that any listing is complete, current or free from error. The full specification pack, seller identity and location of each unit are released only after buyer onboarding is complete.

4. Buyer onboarding

We KYC every counterparty. We screen every beneficial owner, every director, the intended end-user and destination country against UN, EU, UK OFSI, US OFAC and PEP data. We classify every unit against applicable export controls before releasing confidential information. Any deal may be paused or withdrawn on written compliance grounds without liability on our side.

5. Fees

Our fees are set out in the mandate or engagement letter for each transaction. All fees are quoted and invoiced in USD, in the name of Bridge Power Partners FZCO, into a UAE Company account. We do not accept payment to any name, jurisdiction or currency that does not match the counterparty and the underlying contract.

6. Confidentiality

All confidential information exchanged in connection with a listing or a mandate is subject to a Mutual NDA signed at the outset of the engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes disclosure of confidential seller information.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in respect of the use of this website is limited to the fees actually received by us under the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory application of UAE or DIFC law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your visit is the version that applies.
