We built Bridge Power Partners to close the gap between OEM new-build lead times and the pace of new power demand — data centres, industrial captive power, and utility replacement.
Why we exist

The turbine crunch.

Grid connections queues have lengthened. Order books at the major OEMs have filled. New-build heavy-duty gas turbines ordered today ship in the early 2030s. Meanwhile, hyperscale data centres and reindustrialisation are demanding firm power on a much shorter horizon.

At the same time, decommissioning cycles, cancelled projects, mothballed spares and off-cycle relocations produce a steady flow of high-quality units on the secondary market. Matching that supply to real project needs is the work of this firm.

We are based in Dubai and London. Dubai gives us the licensing regime, banking infrastructure and time-zone reach for MENA and Asia. London gives us Europe and access to the technical and legal talent used to industrial cross-border deals.

Raphael Penque

Partner

Raphael is a co-founder and Partner at Bridge Power Partners. He is the founder and CEO of Powerforce Global, the energy-sector workforce and project-execution business that Bridge Power Partners spun out of. At Powerforce he built the operating model that runs live outage and maintenance projects for OEMs including GE Vernova, Siemens Energy and Mitsubishi Power across Europe and MENA.

Sitting inside live turbine outages, he saw the gap between surplus, mothballed and never-installed units coming off the grid and the demand from new power buyers unable to wait for OEM new-build. Bridge Power Partners exists to close that gap.

At Bridge Power Partners he leads structuring, operations, the compliance framework, capital and technology. He is based in London.

Marcus Goss

Dubai
Partner

Marcus is a co-founder and Partner at Bridge Power Partners. He is Sales Manager at Powerforce Global, where he has led EMEA commercial relationships with the largest gas-turbine OEMs since 2024, managing executive accounts across GE Vernova, Siemens Energy and Mitsubishi Power.

His earlier career sits in energy-sector origination: Project Director at Pangea Resourcing, mobilising specialist energy professionals across 57 countries, and prior roles covering oil and gas, power generation, nuclear, renewables and energy finance. He began in insurance broking.

At Bridge Power Partners he leads origination, buyer and seller relationships, EMEA and GCC network development, and deal-side execution. He is based in the UAE.
