Bridge Power Partners
Compliance

Compliance is our
stop-condition.

We operate at the intersection of high-value industrial equipment, cross-border logistics and often complex end-user profiles. The buyers we serve — hyperscaler private-power teams, utility investment committees, EPC procurement — will not engage with intermediaries whose compliance is unclear. This page is how we show ours.
Framework

We apply the strictest rule that plausibly touches a deal.

UAE

Federal Decree-Law 43 of 2021 on non-proliferation export controls; Cabinet Resolution 50 of 2020 (Control List); AML/CFT regulations.

UK

Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018; UK sanctions regimes; Export Control Order 2008; Bribery Act 2010; UK GDPR.

EU

Council Regulation 833/2014 (Russia); Regulation 2021/821 (dual-use); other applicable EU sanctions and end-use controls.

US

OFAC-administered sanctions (SDN, sectoral, country-based); Export Administration Regulations (EAR); FCPA.

UN

Security Council sanctions resolutions.

What we do on every deal

The workflow, in six checks.

  1. 01

    Corporate KYC

Register documents, directors, shareholders and every beneficial owner at 25% or more, with government-issued ID for signatories.

  2. 02

    Sanctions screening

Every entity, every UBO, every director, the intended end-user and the destination country, against UN, UK OFSI, EU, US OFAC SDN and sectoral, PEP and adverse-media data.

  3. 03

    Export-control classification

Every unit reviewed against UAE, UK, EU and US control lists before we disclose confidential information. Aeroderivative and controlled components are flagged.

  4. 04

    End-use verification

Buyer signs an end-use certification. Any change to end-user, destination or end-use triggers a full re-screen.

  5. 05

    Anti-bribery

Written policy. No facilitation payments. No off-the-books arrangements.

  6. 06

    Record-keeping

Every deal file is retained for seven years after closing and available to our bank, insurer and counsel on request.

Hard no

Jurisdictions and parties we will not engage.

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Iran
  • DPRK (North Korea)
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • Non-government-controlled Ukraine
  • Any party on UN, EU, UK OFSI or US OFAC sanctions lists
Money flow

Only commission income touches our accounts.

We do not hold or route purchase-price funds. We do not act as escrow agent. Where a deal genuinely requires escrow, we use a licensed UAE or UK escrow provider named in the SPA. All Bridge Power Partners invoices are in USD, in the Company’s name, into a UAE Company account.
